the experience was quite frankly underwhelming. thin walls meant I could hear every detail from my neighbors, which was fun for the first hour—absolutely not. also, I expected some courtesy gift or an upgrade, but no, just mediocrity. the ambiance felt outdated, and the shower? broken, I nearly felt like I woudl ve been at a budget hostel. just couldn’t give a good review.

The large and clean pool area was enjoyable during our stay.
Unfortunately, the walls were incredibly thin, making it difficult to sleep as we could hear everything our neighbors said. The air conditioner in our room emitted a terrible smell, and it wasn't until the third day that we could switch rooms. To make matters worse, the beds were extremely hard, leaving us feeling restless throughout our stay.

The food was a highlight, with a rich breakfast offering plenty of options, including a homemade soup, catering well to everyone's tastes. The pool area was enjoyable, but the water was quite cold, making it less appealing for children. Timing for the half-board meals was tricky for families, especially with young kids. the shower fluctuated between hot and cold, which was inconvenient at times.

Had an amazing time with friends. The hotel is really cycling friendly, with fantastic facilities for families. The kids loved the mini-club. It's close to great places for food and a nice place to relax by the pool. Definitely recommend checking out the nearby shops!
We did have an issue with the car parking, which was confusing. There's no on-site parking, so keep an eye out for signs to avoid fines from local authorities.
